There wasn't any info in your recipe that I didn't "know" about already, but you illustrate with a light touch actually applying all the info! I am in the process of altering how I cook so many things and it makes me feel at times that I don't know how to cook anymore. Your recipe drops helpful information so gracefully...tumeric, for inflammation, try it without cheese....use good eggs. Really a great recipe.
