Stewed Cabbage
Ingredients:
(Makes 4 servings)
1/2 head cabbage, chopped into 1-inch pieces
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 cup water
Directions:
Saute cabbage in butter, salt and pepper for five minutes.
Add water and bouillon; cover and simmer for fifteen
minutes.
Serve hot.
